Introducing New Teachers Part 2

In the English department there are three new teachers this year: Tim Perry, Corey Zaring, and Kyle Clough.

PerryTim Perry is originally from Seymour, Indiana. Perry is a Ball State graduate who teaches AP Literature and Composition, Speech, and Film as Literature, and though not licensed, he would like to think that he can teach most subjects except math. This is Perry’s twenty-fifth year of teaching. Perry said that SHS is bigger than other schools he has been in, and it has a more diverse student body.

Zaring (1)Corey Zaring is also originally from Seymour. He is a graduate of Indiana University. This year is Zaring’s second year teaching. He is licensed to teach Geography, History, Economics, and English; this year he is only teaching English 9.

English teacher Kyle Clough

Kyle Clough is originally from Corunna, Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He majored in Social Studies and English. Clough teaches English 11 and has been teaching for four years. Clough said that SHS is a good place to work and that it is a little bigger than other schools he has been in.
